Caitlin McCracken is the data coordinator for the Football Players Health Study. Her primary role is to coordinate the collection and synthesis of quantitative data for Player Studies. Prior to joining the Study, McCracken worked with the Office of Diversity Inclusion and Community Partnership at Harvard Medical School providing statistical and data management for a study on the intersectionality of gender and race in academic medicine. She was also a research assistant at the Sloan Center for Aging & Work at Boston College on a work place flexibility initiative within a medical environment. She received her master’s in sociology, concentrating in applied quantitative social research, from Boston College. Her research interests include policy-driven, evaluation-based research within the context of organizational behavior.
