Willie Richardson played in the NFL with the Miami Dolphins and Baltimore Colts. A two-time All-American player in college, he was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2003. Richardson worked as a color commentator at his alma mater, Jackson State University. Married for 47 years, he lived in Mississippi near his children and grandchildren until his death in 2016.
