Sherice Weaver Brown, born in Phoenix, Arizona, was raised with her younger brother, Shelley, by their mother, JoAnn (JoJo) Weaver, in Los Angeles California. She excelled in school, maintained honor roll status throughout high school, and graduated at age 16. Brown developed an interest in computers and technology, working in this industry for over ten years. Passionately devoted to outreach, Brown gives back to the community as a volunteer and chair of several local and national charity fundraisers, including as a committee member at large for St. Jude Hospital and Athletes and Entertainers for Kids. She is also one of the founding board members of Off the Field Players’ Wives Association, an organization that has raised more than $500,000 for various charities over the last eleven years.
She is a group leader with Bible Study Fellowship International and co-author of two books: “Roses and Thorns” and “It’s a New Journey.” Brown is the president of three successful businesses: The Lanette Group, a model and talent agency, special events and catering boutique; She’ Browns Fitness where she serves a fitness coach and nutrition counselor; and Sherice Brown Real Estate. In 1996, she met the love of her life, Tim Brown, former Oakland Raider, Heisman Trophy winner, and 2015 Pro Football Hall of Fame Inductee. They have four children: Taylor, Timon, and twins, Timothy Jr., and Tamar, and their family includes Brown’s cousin Tish, all of whom reside in Dallas, Texas.
