Sarah Kim is a research assistant for the Football Players Health Study at Harvard University. She has a bachelor’s degree in biology from Duke University and a master’s of science of public health in human nutrition from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Previously, she worked at the Environmental Influences on Child Health Outcomes (ECHO), where she assisted on various research projects, including those examining obesity and prenatal health risks in children. Kim has briefly lived in Honduras, Costa Rica, and Vietnam to work on public health and environment issues. She has also worked at several weight management centers, and plans on attending medical school to work in the field of obesity and metabolism.
